In terms of technical and financial partnerships, Sèmè City has developed partnerships with several institutions, including the World Bank, UNICEF, UNFPA, UNDP, the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie (AUF) and the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), the Belgian Development Agency (ENABEL), the French Development Agency (AFD) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
